Holcomb Auditorium has been the site of countless conventions and worship services over the years hosted by numerous groups and denominations within the Kingdom of Jesus Christ. Comfortably seating 2,500 people, Holcomb is more than simply meeting space. Its grand wooden arches and columns stand proudly beside colorful stained glass windows. A host of stage lighting and sound system capabilities makes this auditorium an excellent venue for concerts, dramas and other staged gatherings for large numbers. The Holcomb facility provides 24 classrooms within its beautifully remodeled four story structure. Extra wide hallways navigate large groups with ease offering an ideal location for breaks or pre-convene space. Holcomb's spacious classrooms can be equipped with any number of audio-video resources including wireless internet connection.

Lighting
· The stage has a standard lighting plot. Stage areas are easily accented.
· The lighting controller is a Avolites Saphire 2000.
· Side Slots - 4 2.4k circuits w/ 1 1k ellipsoidal each circuit
· High Sides - 6 2.4k circuits w/1 1k fresnal each circuit
· 1st beam - 12 2.4k circuits w/2 1 k ellipsoidals each circuit

in the FOH booth.

· 2 Large Video screen are flown on the downstage batten on either side of the stage. (Rear projection.)
Clear-Com
· Please indicate the desired location of clear-com communications
Stage
· The 4 battens are motorized. Drops and banners may be hung from these battens. The third batten is the primary banner hanging position.
· The 10 movable walls are normally used as a backing for the choir area, but may be used anywhere on the stage proper.
· The choir area is formed by movable risers and chairs, and is variable in size and shape. It requires 2 hours to strike the risers and reset in a different arrangement.
Guidelines for Auditorium Use
· Trained technicians are provided to operate all sound, lighting, and projection equipment. They may be scheduled for sessions and rehearsals as requested.
· Any use of the auditorium must be included in the schedule sent in with the Technical Information Worksheet (A minimum of one week notice.)
· Adhesive tape - Please use gaffer's tape on floors. Duct tape will damage floors and cables. No tape is to be used on doors, walls or ceilings. Gaffer's tape is available for purchase at $20.00/roll. Please indicate how many rolls will be needed on the Technical Information Worksheet.
· Banners - All banners must have grommets - 1 in each corner, and spaced evenly along the top edge at a maximum distance of 30".
· Offering Plates are available upon request.
