At Collegiate Week, August 5-10, 2012, college students are discipled and immersed in biblical teaching just before the fall semester begins. As we pour into students they are encouraged to go home and impact their campuses for Christ.

Leaders love Collegiate Week, too! As a training event for leaders, you'll have a great opportunity to network, share experiences, and continue learning how to reach college students in your community and on your campus.

Meet us in beautiful Glorieta, NM to relax in the mountains and reconnect with your students before the craziness of the fall semester begins.



Glorieta Collegiate Pricing:

PROGRAM FEE:  $65.00 per person

HOUSING: (NOTE: Rates are per room per night except as noted in BOLD):

  • Deluxe Housing --- $89/room/night (2 queen beds) Private Bath
  • Texas (2 sets of bunks): $66/room/night (holds up to 4 people)
  • Oklahoma (2 sets of bunks): $66/room/night (holds up to 4 people)
  • Large Garden Dorm (2 twins, 5 sets of bunks): $198/room/night (holds up to 12 people)
  • Small Garden Dorm (3 sets of bunks): $99/room/night (holds up to 6)
  • Western Town Apartments: $99/room/night (holds up to 4)
  • Primitive Cabin: $48/cabin/night (holds up to 8)
  • RV Site: $29/site/night (Individuals sleeping in RV are covered by this rate.  Those sleeping outside the RV will be charged the same rate as individuals staying in tent sites (i.e., $20 per person for the week)
  • Dorm (bath on hall): $59 per person for the week ($11.80/person/night)
  • Tent Site: $20 per person for the week ($4/person/night)

Linens NOT provided in Texas, Oklahoma, Bath on Hall Dorms, Primitive Cabins, RV and Tent Sites.

Full Meal Package (12 Meals)

  • Adults/Students:  $116.50
  • Children (6-11):  $73.00
  • Children 5 and under:  Free

7 Meal Package

  • Adults/Students:  $76.50
  • Children (6-11):  $48.00
  • Children 5 and under:  Free

DEPOSITS:
For guests in dorm (bath on hall) or tent site: $15/person
All others: Deposit is first night's room rent

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Deposit is fully refundable if canceling on or before June 6, 2012.  Cancellations received between June 6, 2012 and July 6, 2012 will receive a refund of one-half of deposit.  No refund after July 6, 2012.  Names can be substituted without forfeiting deposits.

ROOMING LISTS:
Rooming lists are due no later than two weeks prior to Collegiate Week. A rooming list template will be emailed to you prior to that; please email back to glorieta@lifeway.com including first and last names of those participating.  This is necessary for insurance and liability reasons; in addition, sending rooming lists in advance will help make the registration/check-in process more efficient.  You may substitute names upon arrival.  Thanks for your cooperation.
