Auditorium: 500 capacity, theater-style, fixed seating
Just a few steps from the Holcomb Auditorium is yet another venue known as The Chapel. This 500 seat auditorium provides the same traditional feel as Holcomb, but on a smaller scale. Additional meeting space is available where 25 classrooms surround the Chapel auditorium. These rooms are adjacent to the Holcomb Auditorium and within a very short walk from New Mexico Hall.
Sound
· Yamaha M2000 40 Channel, 4 Monitor Sends, 1 Effect Send, 4 band parametric EQ per channel
· 20 Microphone inputs in the stage area. Monitor speakers are available for use anywhere on stage.
· A Wide variety of microphones are available to meet your production needs.

Stage
· The stage consists of a single level platform.
· Moveable cushioned chairs are available.
· There is a 9' Baldwin Concert Grand in the piano pit and Rodgers organ in the organ pit. Please request piano tunings at least 2 weeks in advance.
· A motorized baton is available to fly a banner from, but does cover the
screen when used.
· A side screen can be used instead of the center screen if necessary.
Guidelines for Auditorium Use
· Trained technicians are provided to operate all sound, lighting, and projection equipment. They may be scheduled for sessions and rehearsals as requested.
· Any use of the auditorium must be included in the schedule sent in with the Technical Information Worksheet (A minimum of one week notice.)
· Adhesive tape - Please use gaffer's tape on floors. Duct tape will damage floors and cables. No tape is to be used on doors, walls or ceilings. Gaffer's tape is available for purchase at $20.00/roll. Please indicate how many rolls will be needed on the Technical Information Worksheet.
· Banners - All banners must have grommets - 1 in each corner, and spaced evenly along the top edge at a maximum distance of 30".
· Offering Plates are available upon request.
