If diversity is required, Glorieta's Aspen Auditorium can be arranged in virtually any format. From theater seating to banquet tables to even an indoor volleyball court, Aspen allows meeting planners the freedom to be creative. Wall mounted screens and a fixed audio system including wireless internet connection give this multi-functional space excellent communication capabilities.

Groups utilizing the Aspen Auditorium facility will enjoy the 10 spacious classrooms that encompass this versatile venue.

Stage
· The stage consists of a single level platform, 11' 8" deep x 37' wide.
· Moveable cushioned chairs are available.
· 24 Channels of input in floor pockets on the stage.
· Wide variety of microphones available
· The motorized projection screen (12x12) is attached to the upstage wall. The lowering or raising takes 30 seconds and is front projection only.

Lighting
· The stage lighting is comprised of a basic stage wash.

Guidelines for Use
Trained technicians are provided to operate all sound, lighting, and projection equipment.They may be scheduled for sessions and rehearsals as requested.

Any use of the auditorium must be included in the schedule sent in with the Technical Information Worksheet (A minimum of one week notice.)

Adhesive tape - Please use gaffer's tape on floors. Duct tape will damage floors and cables. No tape is to be used on doors, walls or ceilings. Gaffer's tape is available for purchase at $20.00/roll. Please indicate how many rolls will be needed on the Technical Information Worksheet.

Banners - All banners must have grommets - 1 in each corner, and spaced evenly along the top edge at a maximum distance of 30".
